The Simpsons: Tapped Out - Agnes Skinner Guide

The Simpsons: Tapped Out has just been updated with some new content that includes everyone's favorite mean old lady, Agnes Skinner. Here's a quick run-down of everything you can expect from version 4.2.4, and how you can start getting stuck into the new content.
First of all, and before you can do anything with Agnes herself, you'll need to have completed construction of the Skinner house. Once this building has been created, she'll appear as the first member of the Oldies collection in Tapped Out.
