While making the island i stumbled across this Role playing map someone made with world painter:
As you see the map is divided to 9 areas, which you can see yourself so there is no need to explain.
The most important things i have noticed it the thin mountains that divide the different areas and the map, and the Giant trees at the forest, which im guessing were made by none other than MC edit. havent found a tutorial but i have a general idea of how to make them...
in other news here's my progress on the island:
This is a very very very basic recreation, I still need to paint all the beaches raise the mountains to their actual height and paint them with coal and stone Also i need to make more edges now that i think about it...
I will continue working on it but i just felt as it took me 12 times to make the base right that i should upload it to my log.
