First you need how to dupe! (or u just want to play with dozens of stackable items in your backpack 
)
1. Start Game with first Client(when u want to dupe) and open up Cheat Engine.(attach warz process to ce and load the cheat table "WarZ_Bypass_stackable_items_weight.CT"
2. Go to your Global Inventory and enable the Script in Cheat Engine.
3. Begin to drop your items in your Backpack.
3. After that close your game and restart it and look back into your Backpack/Global Inventory
4. Join Server & Enjoy
