War Inc. File extracter by learn_more.
This utility will first print your War Inc. ComputerID as seen by the game,
then it will search the registry for your War Inc. install path,
and extract all files from the WO_00.bin, WO_01.bin & WO_02.bin in the dir:
%appdir%\out\ (where %appdir% is the directory where this program is ran from.)
To make the game use your file instead of it's stored one, simply mimic the folder
structure from the \out\ dir in the root of the game's dir,
and it should automatically use your file
* update: now also works on steam install of the game, thanks to Freeheadshot, Hanoi22 and ZeaS
have fun!
