Instructions:
Start the "APB_OTW_Installer.exe", once it's finished, it'll automatically run the Launcher.exe and download the LATEST OTW build.
Default installation path is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\GamersFirst\APB OTW". I'll update this post whenever the OTW client is updated, if there are any significant changes, I'll mark those. You won't be able to login to the OTW server though, since you need to have an account there, for that you have to be in the SPCT program. Perhaps some people will find this useful, for generating their SDK's etc.
Build [270] notes:
- Client rebuilt with VS2012.
- Characters locked on a district server will be automatically unlocked after 15 minutes (fix to address error code: 60004).
